Dark Mode Request for OpenVSP GUI

Hi Rob,

First off, thanks for making such an awesome tool! I’ve been spending a lot of time modeling in OpenVSP, and it’s been a blast.

I wanted to suggest a feature: a proper dark mode for the GUI. Just changing the background color alone doesn’t really help, since menus, text, and panels still strain the eyes during long sessions. A full dark theme that adjusts all UI elements would make working in OpenVSP much easier on the eyes.

Totally understand if there are higher priorities, but I think it could be a small tweak with a big impact for users.
