I made a glider aircraft plan in openvsp 3.45.4. When i wanted to do some analysis with vspaero, I found this issue. The NGon mesh was created ethier by vspaero "launch solver" or by CompGeom. I checked the NGon mesh by "Show Non Manifold Edges", and then program showed unexpected red line at the position of wing and fuselage cross section. Cut orphans was not helpful. I adjust the twist angle and mainwing's Yrot angle, these non manifold edges sometimes appeared and sometimes disappeared. These also happened when different Num_W and Num_U was applied. When they appeared, vspaero stacked at "Merging coarse wake grids...Done" then finished without any results. When they disappeared, vspaero calculated and everything was fine.
I think this may relate to the NGon mesh creation and the part cross section's cutting handle, or just a bug when mesh from tri mesh to NGon mesh.
I report these things hope to make openvsp better. Thanks to openvsp group.1.png

Please be sure to post the version of a file that can replicate the problem.  You mentioned being able to change some subtle settings to get it to work -- don't send the one that works, send the one that does not.

I have been unable to replicate this problem on my Mac or my Windows machine (with my dev version).  It might be possible that something else I did recently fixed this problem -- but it is more likely that you posted a working version.

In 3.46.0, the problem didn't happen with the same file. Thank you very much.
