Cd0 in VSPAERO and Parasite Drag tool

Good afternoon,

I have a question regarding Cd0 computed in VSPAERO and the Parasite Drag Tool, why the value in the parasite drag tool is not used in VSPAERO when there is an analysis run on the model ? and how is Cd0 computed in VSPAERO that make the value different to the one in the parasite drag tool ?
