CreateAndAddBogie Python Interface

Hi,

Is there a way to add a "bogie" under a gear object via python interface? I have checked the github repo and found the function "CreateAndAddBogie" in GearGeom.cpp file. But I could not find the same functionality within python interface.

It looks like I neglected to add Bogie Add/Delete/List type routines to the API when I added GearGeom.

Please add an issue to the GitHub Issue Tracker and I'll try to add this soon.
