Strange Value for derivatives in STAB Files

Good afternoon,

I have build a somehow simplified model of a cessna 182 (cf file attached). I am trying to run the steady analysis for a cruise flight, using the data from Roskam for the mach number and speed and all the reference data (cf picture attached). And when I check the stab file for the derivatives the value for the derivatives seems really off but when I also tried just putting Vinf to 100 against 220 at the beginning, the values are really close. I am not sure as to why is that possible because it tried to be consistent in the unit, using ft for length but it seems to not work. SO I don't really understand where the trouble comes from, if you could help me on this one
