Hi,
I am designing toroidal propellers and thought of using BOR but i want elliptical/Customised revolution shape with an airfoil cross-section
how can i get it?is there any other feature which can fullfill this

Can you describe the problem you're having with the current BOR implementation?  Possibly an image or sketch of what you're trying to accomplish?

The BOR can revolve any of OpenVSP's curve types -- including the CEDIT curve made of editable bezier sections.  So, if the shape you want is truly a body of revolution, it should be able to do it.

The center of that is a body of revolution, the blades are not.

If you want to model the hub with a BOR, that will work.  It is useless to model the blades as a BOR.

You might be able to model the blades as a Prop or Stack, but it will take a lot of fiddling.  Show us what you've tried and we may be able to help you get further.
