Can't get remote video

Hi,

I used the following tutorial to test OpenVidu and Kurento:

The problem I am having is that each logged in client can't see the remote video of the other client. I am using a STUN/TURN server with Kurento.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Hi

I guess you have already check this FAQ: http://openvidu.io/docs/troubleshooting/#1-everything-looks-alright-but-i-cannot-see-any-remote-video. Please, try first connecting to OpenVidu Server Dashboard (https://YOUR_OPENVIDU_IP:8443, OPENVIDUAPP as user and MY_SECRET as password) and test the connection there.

You must also meet the network requirements in the machine hosting your KMS and TURN: http://openvidu.io/docs/deployment/deploying-ubuntu/#server-network-requirements. In case of doubt, try opening all HTTP and UDP ports for testing.

And finally, are you using COTURN? We strongly recommend that implementation of STUN/TURN server. Here http://openvidu.io/docs/deployment/deploying-ubuntu/ you can see described in detail how to properly configure KMS and TURN. Check the 3 configuration files (etc/kurento/modules/kurento/WebRtcEndpoint.conf.ini, /etc/turnserver.conf, /etc/default/coturn) as we state in points 3, 4 and 5. Restart your COURN  and your KMS too.
