Great, we just need to come up with a simple process. Have any good
ideas? Label the important ones to prioritize? I think we should
cover maintenance first before doing any feature prioritization.

Seems like just labeling would help a lot with managing the issues. Looks like in the past issues had labels for type (bug/feature/design), status (confirmed), and priority (urgent) - just from looking at the tag list.
