Flow On Completion

I understand from reviewing the twilio API documentation that when a
call is terminated, twilio sends a request along the lines of
http://example.com/app?CallStatus=complete. I also understand that
OpenVBX currently does not pay any attention to that specific request.
I'd like to develop an interface that would allow a user to assign a
flow to that request. I'm familiar with CodeIgnighter, OpenVBX,
Twilio, of course PHP and MySQL, linux and all that other BS. Has
anybody else taken a foray into this particular realm?

i know this is two years late... but I also have wondered about this. inititiating a call or initiating text after the call would be great!
