按鍵對應位置跑掉該如何處理？

本來使用完全沒問題，今天開機按鍵位置全跑掉，例如Ｖ鍵變女字，請問要如何？

或許可以先檢查一下偏好設定，看看是不是鍵盤配置設成了預期以外的配置。
