V 0.3 released + donation/contribution

First, thttpgpd/ludd and lud.sh have been released to version 0.3.

Even if the key features to manage a free currency are not still in, I
did tag versions 0.3 as a lot of changes have been made since versions
0.2.

I won't write the complete ChangeLog here, but:
* lud.sh now doesn't create certificate with hashed udid2 anymore.
* thttpgpd now support virtual hosting and some other stuff I
don't remind yet.
And for both softwares, a lot of bugfixes have been commited (even if
there was no issue opened on them).
