Hi all,

We just open sourced our OpenTSDB - Thanos integration.  If you use OpenTSDB and Prometheus in the same time
and you want to combine/query the data on the same interface then this is for you: https://github.com/G-Research/geras

Let me know if you have a question about the project.

Hi,

Let's assume you have a running OpenTSDB on localhost:4443.
Start geras:
./geras -opentsdb-address localhost:4443
This will start a grpc server on localhost:19000 (default).
Then start a Thanos query https://github.com/improbable-eng/thanos/blob/master/docs/components/query.md  and specify the store --store=localhost:19000 (Geras).
After this you can query it on the Thanos UI or connect to the Thanos query component with Grafana.
