TSDB.class Charset ISO-8859-1 -> UTF-8

I use opentsdb-2.3.0.jar to eclipse JAVA.

but jar file in TSDB.class CHARSET = ISO-8859-1

i want to CHARSET = UTF-8

UTF-8 jar file is exist??
