Questions about OpenTripPlanner travel time

I have some questions about utilizing the OpenTripPlanner software that I would appreciate your guidance on.

Firstly, I have downloaded and utilized the public transportation files for New York City. However, I am consistently obtaining the same travel time regardless of changes to travel dates and hours. Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior? Additionally, if you have any advice on how to address this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Secondly, I have noticed significant discrepancies between the results from OTP and Google Maps when calculating distances within New York State, both for car and public transportation routes. For example, OTP may yield a travel time of 2.30 hours, while Google Maps suggests 1.30 hours. Do you have any suggestions or insights on why such discrepancies might occur and how we can reconcile these differences?

Lastly, I have encountered varying numbers of results when running a dataset with 2000 rows of paired geocoded locations in OTP for travel time by car. In some instances, only 1200 of them get calculated, while other times it's 1500. Could you shed some light on why this variability is happening?
