Ports for OTP web server

Hello, 

First-time OTP user here. I am working through the "getting started" vignette. When I run this line of the code: 

log2 <- otp_setup(otp = path_otp, dir = path_data)

I get the following message: 

"You have the correct version of Java for OTP 1.x
2023-05-08 20:24:19 OTP is loading and may take a while to be useable
Router http://localhost:8080/otp/routers/default exists"

Then the 'Router http://localhost:8080/otp/routers/default exists' message keeps repeating itself. After several minutes, I get a message saying "2023-05-08 20:21:54 OTP is taking an unusually long time to load, releasing R to your control, OTP will continue in the background"

How do I fix this issue?
