OpenTripPlanner Release 2.4.0

Hello OTP users,

Following a productive Open Days conference in Valencia last week, the OTP development team is happy announce the release of OpenTripPlanner version 2.4. 

Notable changes include:

- Improved support for GTFS Fares V2

- Improved error and timeout handling

- GTFS GraphQL API enabled by default, removing the word "legacy" from its name and documentation

- Access and egress penalties on time and cost

- Improved support for GBFS geofencing zones

- Reduced memory consumption by 5-8%

- Stop count limit for access/egress routing and new access / egress configuration

There you can download a "shaded" JAR file (containing all dependencies needed to run).
