Car Hailing - Cannot perform uber integration - OTP 2.4

Hello, I'm trying Portland configuration and I'm getting this error when trying to make a route by bar hailing

I've created an uber developer account and placed clientId and clientsecret in router-config.json. I've also set redirect uri in Uber developer dashboard (I'm trying via localhost + otp 2.4 shaded) but I'm getting that error. Cannot find information about scopes in otp docs, am I missing something od does anyone know how to help me??
