2.5.0 released

Hello OTP users,

I'm happy to announce version 2.5.0 of OTP which is the result of 6 months of development of contributors from around the world.

Notable changes include:

- Make GTFS GraphQL API an official API

- Make Transmodel GraphQl API an official API

- Deprecate REST API

- Transit group priority

- Transmodel GraphQL API for pass-through searches

- Migrate to Java 21

- New debug client

- Update to latest GTFS Flex spec draft

- Restructure walk/bicycle/car preferenes in router-config.json

There you can download a "shaded" JAR file (containing all dependencies needed to run).
