OTP2 milestones

MILESTONEs, ISSUEs and PRs
Today @Andrew Byrd - Conveyal and I have work trough all OTP2 issues and PRs. We have assigned milestone, closed issues and removed the OTP2 tag.

We have not used the milestones in the OTP2 project so fare. But, from now on we will use the milestone “tags” : 2.0, 2.1 and 2.future . There is a nice graph that show the progress at GitHub:  https://github.com/opentripplanner/OpenTripPlanner/milestones

For the future we keep the OTP1 tag to mark all issues for OTP1, and then we will use the milestones for OTP2.

HowTo use MILESTONES
We will try to assign all issues and PRs to a MILESTONE - This does not mean that it will be part of the release, but more a good hint what we plan to revisit it before the release. We might decide to move it to the next release, but before we make a release all issues should be either moved to the next release or closed.

Let us know if there are issues that is important to you - there are features and issues in the backlog that have not been requested for a while, and we have to prioritize. I no one ask for it, we won't fix it.
