Removal of KmlBikeParkDataSource

Hi *,

I'm in the process of adding a bike parking updater and noticed that there is one that I could not find a maintainer for: the KmlBikeParkDataSource.

It was originally added by Laurent Gregoire but hasn't seen any upgrades in recent years.

None of the core developers know anything about it or if there are data sources for it.

Is there anyone on the list who is using it and would like to become the maintainer?

If no-one steps forward, it will be deleted in a few weeks.

Since we cannot actually find a user of the code, the KML bike park updater has now been scheduled for removal: https://github.com/opentripplanner/OpenTripPlanner/pull/4602
