Dear All,
I would like to try OTL as taxonomic classifier for my sets of datasets. I am familiar with QIIME2. For building my own taxonomic classifier, I need sequence file (in fasta format) and Taxa format from OTL. Any idea where can I get those?

Hi Monica,
I just replied over on the open github issue:

Short answer - I am not sure we have the data you need for qiime, because opentree does not use sequence data for any part of our pipeline.
