Hey folks
Sorry I missed the meeting today. I have been traveling and also putting together my tenure packet that's due tomorrow and missed that The meeting was today. That said , just to update, Joseph and I have been working on a manuscript that combines open tree with Genbank to create a dated phylogeny for all plants. We will be extending this to other clades shortly but seems promising for making the open tree tree more usable by others who need branch lengths. I can send along our draft tree if anyone is interested otherwise I will send along a manuscript in a week or so. This should also help with your grant resubmission. Talk to you later
