taxonomy manuscript

hey folks
i apologize for the travel that kept me from the call. i was looking through the notes though and was wondering a couple things about the taxonomy manuscript. first off, are you ready for edits? i see that there needs examples and figures from JAR and KAC, but wondering if you are ready to have folks do some edits. i would be happy to download and go to town but didn’t want to do it premature (assuming others are all allowed to contribute - it is ok if not, just say so). related to that, i don’t know if he will be interested, but would it be ok for cody to be involved if he wants? if so, i was just going to poke him.

Happy to have some feedback on the current version - just make a branch  off master and send the edits / comments via PR (see Mark's review as an example [1]). I am expecting that changes will be fairly minor at this point, given that we are aiming for submission next week.
