OTM v1.0.2 has been released

Hello all.

OpenTreeMap v1.0.2 changes have been merged into the master branch. No
further development will occur in v1.0.2 and it should be considered
the stable version.

*** This version includes a security fix ***

Some updates in v1.0.2 include:
OpenTreeMap can now be mounted on non-root urls
Allow OpenTreeMap to be contained in a virtual environment when
running under Apache Security
*** Patched a possible remote code execution vulnerability
(90351a6a2141) ***
Fixed a reverse geocode error when updating tree location
(63759e38927)
