Cclite 0.9.0 released, inching towards opentransact

Hi folks
I've put 0.9.0 versions of Cclite and an updated manual/release notes etc. onto sourceforge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/cclite/ as of yesterday. There's some summary descriptive material here: http://www.hughbarnard.org/content/cclite-alternative-currency-software. The REST part of Cclite is inching towards opentransact as I'm a supporter of the principle [at the very least!].
Cclite is aimed more towards mutual social credit than towards pure commercial use, but that's no reason to keep it away from a standardisation process.
