sending trace information from C module/library.

Hi,

Few of our applications are in C and would like to send trace information to tools like Jaeger . Could some one please suggest

better approaches or if there are available contributions towards this.

should i just create a wrapper for C opentracing API's to call CPP opentracing API's as CPP libraries for Jaeger are available.

There was some activity in the past in this repo: https://github.com/opentracing/opentracing-c/issues/19, but I am not sure what the status of it.

Thanks Yuri for sharing, will monitor the progress, if any. meanwhile I think additional wrapper in CPP for C seems reasonable approach. I see Nginx uses some kind of wrapper written supporting opentracing.
