Katacoda scenario

Dear OpenTracing community,

I'm just about to start working on a Katacoda scenario that teaches
OpenTracing.

As I'm also a contributor to the Jaeger project, that's what I'll be
using as the concrete tracer, but I really don't want this scenario to
be "Jaeger-only". I would really love to collaborate with the friends
at NewRelic, Instana, SkyWalking, LightStep and others on this task.

My initial idea is to create something that is based on the
"OpenTracing Tutorial"[1], probably using the Go version and expand
from that.

There seems to be an OpenTracing repository at the katacoda-scenarios
organization[2], so, that's a good candidate to host this intro.
