Hi guys, I'm new to opentoonz and I have been working on a small blurb to help drive traffic from a friends youtube channel to his twitch stream. Everything was fine, I was able to export and view the project as both an avi file and tifs, even sent him a preview of the work that played just fine. I haven't changed any settings, only added images and frames. I haven't added any audio to the project, I use another program for that so that isn't an issue. I attached an image of the error I am getting from vlc whenever I try to rerender and open the updated project, its saying the index is broken on the avi file.

File when it did render:

As the video above shows, the file rendered just fine a little bit ago. I'm getting a bit frustrated and most things I have found say that the bg color is a potential issue but I dont know how to change it and i'm not sure that would be the problem since it rendered just fine before.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Though this isn't technically a solution, I'd suggest rendering in a different format as I've seen a few issues with avi files from various other members of the community.
As far as I'm aware, mp4 shouldn't give you any issues like the one described above.

To render as mp4 you'll need to install FFmpeg, follow my guide on the Docs for instructions on how to download and install FFmpeg and get it working with OpenToonz:

That worked well enough, thank you very much! Still wish I knew what went wrong but at least now I can get my file to render and play.
