Brush Tool Paints Away From Canvas

I use a Gaomon drawing tablet and adjusted the Display scale from 150% to 125%. I am able to paint on the canvas if it is in 3D mode, but it is a ridiculous solution! I'm new to this program, so help is really appreciated!

I had a similar issue and it was related to default windows screen scaling. The function that increases font sizes.

I am unsure if you are experiencing the same, but at least you can try.
