ffmpeg pathway to MP4 not working please help

Hey! my ffmpeg pathway :

I have tried a few times with different builds on Windows but it doesn't Work! It doesn't come up with mp4. I don't know what the problem is but i want to solve it please help me

So you've downloaded FFMPEG and pointed Opentoonz to the location where all three .exe files are located (usually something like C:\ffmpeg\bin if you place it on the C:drive)?

If yes, can you share a screenshot of your Preferences panel?
