Sharp vector lineart in OpenToonz?

Hi, I'm wondering whether there is a way to get crisp, sharp vector lineart that tapers in OpenToonz. I know that in Adobe Animate, you can do so by moving the individual vertices of the vector as shown here; however, when I this in OpenToonz, nothing happens. I'm fairly new to the software, so any advice would help.
