IMPORTANT!: OpenToons Windows Download doesn't open after being installed!!

Hello, I use Windows 7 32-bit. I just downloaded OpenToonz from their official website and installed the program. Once it was done, I tried opening it but it gave me this error message. Can someone please help me out with this problem? I would really like to use this program to animate soon!

I have Windows 10 and it works just fine, you can try this and I'm not a native English speaker so I hope you understand. :D

1. Right Click on the Desktop Symbol

2. Click on "Features" or whatever it's called on the English Version of Windows, it's the last thing in the Toggle Menu.

3. Go to "compatibility"

Now you see the "compatibility mode" and some settings you can change, try some of them out or try to run it as "Admin", otherwise there could some things miss so check if there are any updates or requirements for the Program.

It didn't work on me :( Maybe it really has something to do with my computer. Although I do have all requirements (except I have 32-bit)

Mhm, if you tried everything that way I don't know what else to say, I've 64 bit so maybe thats the thing, it's an early release, maybe with another Update or two it will work better, there is still plenty of stuff not able to use as far as I've seen, so patience. 
Maybe try to download it again, delete the earlier version, it's worth a try, otherwise you should consider Upgrading but I don't know why it shouldn't work on WIndows 7 <-<
