So I'm trying to animate, and there's a single raster layer that I wish to scale and move, but when i try to do so, all of the other layers that are on the same timeline scale and move as well. I do not want that

I only want that one layer im working on to scale, so how do I keep the other layers from scaling and moving along with the actual one im trying to edit??

If you're using the animate tool, which it sounds like you are using, then animating one column will only animate that column and any linked columns. So if you've parented your columns in the stage schematic, then animating one column could animate more. If you could share some screenshots that could help us figure out the problem.

Right, so I'm using the animate tool for scaling and positioning and like you said, it's changing the entire column. I found a temporary solution which is setting keys at the end and beginning of each layer I make a drawing on which keeps the previous drawing in its original spot. But to be more specific, I'm trying to work with the layers one by one [circled part at the bottom], not the entire column itself. Since the animate tool seems to move the entire column as a whole, what tool do I use when I want to move a single layer?

Here are more examples of what I'm trying to achieve. Like I said, I've found a solution but now I'm curious as to if there's an easier solution or a way the get this without setting keys

Ahh. So you meant levels. When you said layers I thought you meant columns, which most people do. The animate tool works against the whole column, whatever is in it. If you want different levels at different scales or animated differently from each other then you should add them into different columns.

Oh okay, i see, Thanks for answering my question! I didn't think it'd be new columns I had to add them to, but I understand now. Thanks again!
