How do you make Toonz Premium look like OpenToonz?

If anyone has Toonz Premium, and they know of a way to make the interface look exactly like OpenToonz, could they please share a video on how to do that so someone else can make their copy of Toonz Premium look like OpenToonz?

AFAIK Toonz Premium is a bit lagging behind in terms of features in relation to OpenToonz so why use software that

a) cost quite a bit of money

b) has less features?
