vector fill wont work..jpg

the raster frame Fill works great but the Vector fill either fills solid when it should not or it does not fill at all even when it passes a fill check? I made a test picture of what often happens so maybe we can get this software hopefully working as good as  the paid version?

also the Vector Geometric tools seem to have a bit of a transparency problem when I combined shapes with the polygon tool and auto-paint auto-fill.

I have found that increasing the maximum gap value or using the "Replace with Simplified Vector" commands pretty much always resolves any fill issue that I may be having. It would be great to not need either work-around. A starting point might be for the default maximum gap value to be increased.

I'm not seeing any transparency issues with polygons on macOS.

I am using a multi Vector fill method  this is when multiple colors need to be placed on one frame with one click on the layer strip using the rectangle fill while selecting all styles.
if this is working for you? the Mac version is somehow now in much better shape then the Windows version.

Oh, I'd missed the multi-fill aspect. Cool - I hadn't found this feature before. I think I'm getting the same results that you are on macOS. It does work on Toonz Raster levels (though inconsistently if the change is too big) and doesn't work on Vector levels. Looks like a bug to me.
