How can I remove the border

Hello, it's me again, It's a bit hard for me to explain my problem here, so this is the problem every time i used the animate tool(position) and the whole area is moving when I only want to move my drawing. I mean I can't draw outside the white thin border that limits my area. Pls, help me. I can't draw outside the red line how can I remove the limit?.
