Where is the drawing tab?

On all the tutorials i have seen so far, there is a tab that say 'drawing', and yet when i downloaded it, mine only has the attached screenshot's tabs.
I have changed none of the settings.
How do i draw in the program?

That is not there right now. I am actually working on a layout that is more usable for beginners.
In the meantime, this guy made a video on how to get some easier to use rooms/tabs toward the later part of his video.

I have an ongoing set of video tutorials on YouTube which start with setting up OpenToonz to look (and mostly function) like Toonz Harlequin. This setup includes the "Drawing" tab.
Why Toonz Harlequin? Because all of the available documentation is for Toonz Harlequin - and, the developers of OpenToonz are working as we speak to make OpenToonz as much like Toonz Harlequin as they are able to do.
Start with this setup video - and then follow the videos in sequence (by date) to get a good education in using OpenToonz:
