Recovering lost progress

Help! The app just crashed and I lost a day worth of progress (My dumb past brain didn't thought to save) is there any way to recover this?
If so please help me :( I wanna cry

If you haven't saved at all, then no, there's nothing you can do. But if you saved at some point, there could be a backup file of each of your levels.
