Hi,

I have been doing as bit more testing with the Huion talet I have and OpenToonz.  I was having some strange results on Windows, so natrally the first thing I looked at was the driver configureation.  After reinstalling the the driver everything seemed to work fine with in windows.  Tested with opennig programs with just a tap of the pen and within Draw of Libre Office.  The probelm comes when I try to use OpenToonz.  For some reason a pen tap is registered as a right click and the right click that I have assigned to a button on the pen is the left click.  A way I illistare this is with the room buttons.  Just tapping on a room button does not move you to that room but brings up the room edit menu.  The same goes for selecting a room, I must press a button on the tablet pen that was configured for right click.

I hope I have given enough information for this to be replicated.  I have a Huion 610pro, toshiba satalitte, latest windows 10 and Huion driver.

All the best
Dan

The problem seems to come from the driver.  After uninstalling it, things seem to work ok.

Good to know Daniel.  Thanks for closing the loop on this one.
Drivers are often a problem with the diverse array of input devices everyone can use but sometimes its not clear if one needs those drivers to be updated, rolled back to an earlier version or removed entirely.

Also sometimes the plug inside the tablet that is attached inside a tablet gets unplugged. Then you have to remove the screws and plug it back in , then put the screws back.

I use a XP-PEN Deco 02 graphics tablet without a screen and I can say you're less likely to encounter problems with drawing with a screenless compared to one with a screen. I draw directly in opentoonz for animation and draw backgrounds and painted stuff in krita  .
