Blending colours

Is there any way of being able to blend colours together?

You can create a "Raster" level and paint into it with any "Raster Brush" that allows to blend colors.

Then, in the level you want, create a new palette color, select it, and pick from the screen the color you blended before, using the RGB Picker tool.
