Can't Run OpenToonz

Hello, I come asking for help.

As the topic says, I can't run the program. I tried to apply a lot of fixes I found on the web but i keep getting the same error dialog.

"this application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b) "

At some point I realized I didn't have the Service Pack 1 in my Windows 7 system, but I installed it and still can't run it.

¿Any Ideas?

Service Pack 1
64 bits
8 GB RAM
Intel Core i7-2600

Fixed the problem with an update of C runtime, or something, I found in a post by J.
