Images png problem white background

Hello,

I have a problem with the background of my png images which should be transparent: when I export my scene as a png images there is a white background when there usually isn't one. How can I restore the transparent background?

I finally found the solution: go to the :

Xsheet --> Scene Settings

then in Camera BG color set parameter A to zero.

The Alpha value starts at 0, so you must have moved it at some point.
