Hi everybody, I want remove the letter and put a number, but it does not work, its look like locked

Can you Help me please

Hover your mouse to the left of the letter B and you'll see 2 really small arrows. Click on those and slide your pointer/mouse up and down the screen to change to an input number.

Darrent I click on the small arrows and it does not work

You have to click and drag to change the number
