unlock frames

I use procreate for my drawings and export them as psd.

Then import in OpenToonz as columns. So far so good. 

But when I want to work on a drawing in OT it says I Cann't do so for the column is locked. However the lock icoon is unlock. Unlocking by clicking the command does not help. 

Is there another way to unlock it?

If you analyse the message. The column is not locked, just the current frame.

You mentioned you imported PSD as columns. Could be that layer locked in the original software?
