Cant open due to error

So I've download opentoonz but it wouldn't allow me cause it has this error showing me this "SOFTWARE\Opentoonz\Opentoonz\TOONZROOT" Can anyone help me how to fix it?

I've just started with OpenToonz, and I'm getting the same error message. Did anyone ever give a fix for this issue? Please let me know.
