Please could you give me the best ways to :

- move all frames in a level (in order to begin the action for example at f36 in the xsheet) but keeping the keys linked with those frames (in fact, if i move a block of frames, the keys stay in place).

- change the order of a drawings (poses) in the "Level window" : I tried to cut and paste but Opentoonz crashes. (In fact, as I have a sequence of tif numbered from 0000, I just renamed 0000 in order it to be the latest image (otherwise Opentoonz crashed). But I would like to retrieve its real first position !)

Thanks !

HI Franck,
I"ll have to check on that first question.  I know there was a feature request related to moving keys with frames but I can't recall if the feature was implemented.  The answer to your question will likely depend on whether that feature has been implemented/changed.

With regard to the second, changing the order of drawings in a Level... one way would be to Right Click and select Reverse.  We can select two, three... however many we want and use that.

We should always start a sequence with a 1 and not a zero... that may related to the crash you are experiencing.  I've ran afoul of that issue before.

Hold down the CTRL key, and click on the level selection strip on the left of the frames in the column. It will select both the frames, as well as the keyframes. Then move the frames and keyframes by dragging that same selection strip up and down in the Xsheet.

(left?) CTRL-click ONCE on the level selection strip, then RELEASE the CTRL key and the mouse button. The entire column will be selected including the keys. Then drag the column up and down by grabbing the level selection strip with the left mouse button. Do not hold the CTRL key at that point - otherwise the selection will be moved (which is quite handy under certain circumstances as well, btw.

Herbert, I notice OT is tricky with releasing buttons and then pulling. I've seen in more than one tutorial how to extend all colums at once with shift and moving the mouse over all the columns. I couldn't make it work and it was driving me nuts. Finally it worked by chance, it still took me a while to figure out what I'd done differently - released, and then pulled.

Glad to see Greg and you active in this forum - you're the guys who got me interested in OT in the Lost Marble forum. There are a lot of good tutorials that several people have done in the short time since OT was released. Impressive and helpful.
