OpenToonz crash

Program crash on "Creating main window". It just closes without specific error. Run as admin not help. I tried v1.4 , v1.5RC , Morevna Edition.

Event viewer show "ucrtbase.dll" as bad module.

Please make sure to uninstall the previous version before installing V1.5RC.
