Hi,

I tried searching for this issue in the forum but couldn't find it. My problem is that when I try to render my animation, whether it's as video (.mov, .avi, .mp4) or an image sequence (.jpg, .png), for some reason, it renders some of the frames as white images, even though the drawing is there in the x sheet (and in the preview). I'm working on Windows and have quicktime and ffmpeg.

The "missing drawing" frames are: 2, 3, 14, and 15. This affects only one of the two levels (the ball level).
I tried drawing something new over one of those frames, and when I render the animation again, it does show the "new" drawing I made on top, but not the "old" one.
I'm attaching a screenshot in case it's helpful.

Thanks in advance,

(PS: I know there're alternative solutions to this like using After Effects, but I'd like to fix it if I can.)

I'm a little confused by your screen capture (Thanks for posting it BTW!)

At a guess I'd say you might have the images on those other frames set to zero thickness but we are missing something.
The fact that you can draw on that same level and it will render seems to point that that.

And... no... don't use any of those alternative solutions.  This issue can be resolved.
We just need to have some more information.

I think you're right!
I started looking for places to modify thickness and when I chose the option "hide zero thickness lines", only the drawings in those frames became "invisible"!

I tried checking "preserve thickness" but it didn't change anything.

I selected the drawings that did work, checked their line size and then edited it on the "disappearing" drawings. (I tried using ctrl+c and ctrl+v but the settings became weird so I just wrote it myself.)

Thank you so much for your help!!! :D

Excellent!
It's possible the only reason zero thickness occurred to me as a possibility is that only a few hours ago I was posting about the Pump Tool and... line thickness... to include zero thickness.

In that topic I discovered an interesting (secret!) feature that is appearing in your last screen shot.
If you look ath the bottom of the line you are adjusting you'll see the black rectangle of the Pump Tool widget.^^
It's hard to see but it is there.
If we select multiple lines we can change the thickness of them all via that widget.
Or... just enter the number as you did.  :)

Glad to see you got it worked out.

**I had even posted a gif animation of the widget on my wordpress site:
