Feature request: Main Viewer Filtering Options

Hello, I'd like to request a feature if anyone would be willing to help with this. Based on this issue in particular, Add filtering options for The Main/ComboViewer using the code of the FX swatch viewer · Issue #4642 · opentoonz/opentoonz, I think it'd be really useful to have some kind of drop-down somewhere that allowed you to change the filtering mode for zooming in and out in the viewer. Basically every other artistic program I know of uses bilinear filtering for zooming, as this lets you see the texture or cleanliness of your lines at zoom percents other than just 100, however Opentoonz doesn't for some reason.

We can set such settings (including Bileaner) in Preview Settings.

If quality isn't as pressing set the Shrink value to 2... or 4 and check the box for 'Apply Shrink to Main Viewer and that will speed up rendering of previews.

This can be especially helpful if working with particles or some other heavy FX.
