How do you set marker lines in vector when filling in the eye Screenshot from 2024-10-03 17-23-23.png

I managed to fill the eye with a blue brush color to set a marker and then fill with the bucket.

But how to remove the blue brush shape then because it is not needed any more.

I have set the colored brush line by settings to autopaint

Then go to bucket and fill with a blue color but I am still seeing the autopaint line.

How to hide the autopaint (red) line
